Instead of a traditional four-colour set, we utilise an advanced five-colour ink system. This includes the original CMYK for high-resolution colour reproduction, plus an additional clear, transparent ink used specifically to build physical dimension.

This technique, often referred to as spot UV printing, can selectively raise specific portions of a print, such as a logo or company name, to highlight essential branding elements. To illustrate, imagine the letter "A" being printed. In the first pass, it is rendered as a flat, two-dimensional character. In the subsequent pass, the printer head returns to deposit a layer of clear ink exactly on top of that letter, perfectly matching its shape and size. This creates a protective, hard, plastic-like coat approximately 0.5 mm to 1 mm thick, making the image protrude boldly from the base medium.

When submitting your custom artwork, please ensure your design files are created at a high resolution to guarantee a crisp, flawless finish.
