It includes: layer one—the base acrylic panel; layer two—a high-resolution photo print mounted on the base; and layer three—an additional acrylic panel on top to cover the print, giving the entire frame a sleek, glossy, glass-like front face.

All three layers—the base acrylic sheet, the top acrylic sheet, and the photo print sandwiched between them—are held together by stud caps drilled into the four corners of the panel. These caps cover the holes used for nailing the poster panel to the wall. 

Additionally, we include standoff mounts beneath the base acrylic sheet to elevate the entire structure slightly from the wall, creating a striking, floating glass-like appearance.

To update the print, simply unscrew the top acrylic sheet, remove the old print, insert the new one, and screw the top back in place. The print inside is made from affordable vinyl media, which is inexpensive. For example, a three-by-two-foot vinyl print with high-quality photographic images costs only Rs. 420 plus taxes. A key aspect of the panel’s visual appeal is the floating effect, achieved by raising the print slightly away from the wall. Small metallic cylinders are first drilled into the wall, and the entire frame sits on these cylinders. This creates a gap, lifting the acrylic frame off the wall. 

These cylinders are often called ‘risers’ or ‘stand-off mounts’ in hardware stores. The base plate, print, and top plate rest on these risers.
