Transform Your Corporate & Retail Space in India!

Are you ready to elevate your branding and make a powerful statement on your office or showroom glass? Standard prints just fade away, but our specialized White Ink Glass Film Prints ensure your brand is seen with stunning, vibrant clarity! Place your logo, company name, or graphics in a vibrant, opaque white color on dark or tinted glass panels and partitions.

The Ultimate Corporate Branding Solution

Modern corporate offices in India utilise sleek glass panels for cabin partitions, offering an unmissable canvas—your "glass real estate". This space is perfect for showcasing company logos, inspiring quotes, or unique abstract patterns that instantly enhance your workspace interiors. We make transforming your environment simple: just share your design, and we will print the artwork onto a transparent film. Crucially, your logo, words, and images are printed with an opaque white ink engineered to grab everyone’s attention. This film features a strong, self-adhesive backing, and once applied, it immediately enhances the aesthetic appeal and professionalism of your office.

Why Standard Transparent Prints Fail (The Problem)

Standard colour images printed on transparent glass films, typically using CMYK or RGB models, face a major flaw: they often appear dull and hard to see once applied to a glass panel. This happens because both the film and the CMYK inks are transparent, allowing light to shine straight through the printed design. When viewed from the front, this light makes the artwork look faded, dull, and difficult to read—especially in well-lit areas.

Traditional Solutions Fall Short

Traditionally, opaque white vinyl was the default material for branding glass partitions. While the white base reflects light perfectly, keeping images vibrant and clear, applying solid white vinyl can look low-end and unprofessional, clearly resembling a sticker. Conversely, printing on standard transparent film offers a premium look, making logos appear suspended in mid-air. However, this brings back the original challenge: transparent inks lack the necessary punch and remain difficult to see in bright sunlight.

Introducing the Orchid Digitals White Ink Advantage (USP)

At Orchid Digitals, we provide a specialised printing solution unmatched by competitors in India: using fully opaque white ink on transparent films. Unlike standard transparent prints, our white ink completely blocks light, ensuring exceptional clarity and readability of your graphics, even in harsh sunlight. The true magic of this solution is the "floating" effect. Since the non-image areas are clear film, the printed content looks as if it is suspended in mid-air. This combination of bold white ink and a premium aesthetic is perfect for high-end glass branding on the facades of corporate offices, showrooms, and malls.

Choose Your Perfect White Ink Film: Standard vs. Ultra Clear

We offer our clients two superior variants of white ink prints to cater to every requirement:
  1. White Ink Prints on Standard Transparent Film
  2. White Ink Prints on Ultra Clear Transparent Film
Our standard transparent film print is the entry-level, cost-effective choice. It is produced on high-quality transparent vinyl from trusted brands like Wyte™, 3M™, or Avery™, featuring a special coating for very high-resolution artwork reproduction. This option is ideal for most common use cases.

Ultra Clear Transparent Film Print (Optically Clear Film)

Most competitors offer a standard transparent film in which the adhesive is not fully clear, leaving faint, visible glue marks upon close inspection. To deliver an impeccable finish, we developed the Ultra Clear Transparent Film. In this premium variant, both the film and the adhesive are crystal clear. When applied, the film blends seamlessly, becoming nearly invisible. This gives the incredible impression that the glass itself has been directly printed, as the transparent parts holding the image are not visible. This superior product is also known in the print industry as Optical Clear film.

The Solution for Dark and Tinted Glass Panels

Applying regular colour prints to dark or tinted glass building panels is a major challenge because standard CMYK inks are transparent. The dark background of the glass bleeds through the ink, making your graphics nearly invisible or extremely difficult for clients viewing your storefront to read. We specifically recommend our UV-printed white ink graphics for these scenarios. Because this specialised ink is fully opaque, it prevents the dark tint of the glass from showing through. The crisp white colour creates a striking contrast against black or tinted backgrounds, ensuring your brand communication remains sharp and highly visible. This is the ideal solution for branding tinted glass in India.

Large-Sized Graphics & Media Roll Widths

For large glass facades found in modern offices (often 8–10 feet high), graphics need to be produced in large formats. To accommodate this, we maintain stock of rolls in three, four, and five-foot widths. Since these rolls are hundreds of meters long, your graphic print can be customised to any required length. For print jobs wider than five feet, the image is split into vertical tiles during printing. While pasting the film onto the glass panel, these vertical tiles are carefully reassembled and fixed side by side to create a cohesive, single image.

Precision Wide-Format UV Inkjet Printing

Your artwork is printed on these large rolls using our industrial-grade, wide-format ultraviolet (UV) inkjet printers. These advanced UV machines produce images at very high resolution with a bright, vivid white colour, guaranteeing that every fine detail is accurately reproduced.

Installation Process: Simple Steps for a Flawless Finish

Installing a glass film print is straightforward and ensures a professional application. Follow these simple steps:
  1. Prepare a soapy water solution and thoroughly clean the glass surface.
  2. Use a squeegee or a clean cloth to wipe away any lingering dust.
  3. Reapply the soapy water spray to the cleaned glass.
  4. Lay the print face down on the wet glass so the printed side becomes slightly damp.
  5. Holding the print in place, carefully peel off the release liner to reveal the adhesive on the back of the vinyl.
  6. Generously spray the adhesive side with the soapy water.
  7. Flip the print over and begin the pasting process.
  8. Start the application from a single corner or edge.
  9. Gently smooth the film onto the glass using a squeegee or cloth.
  10. Steadily press out any air bubbles or wrinkles.
  11. The soapy water allows you to reposition the film until it is perfectly aligned.
  12. Squeegee out all remaining water from between the film and the glass.
  13. Wipe the front of the print dry.
  14. Allow the installation to set for a few hours; as the water evaporates, the adhesive will bond firmly.

Versatile Applications for White Ink Glass Films

White-ink glass film prints are a highly versatile branding solution ideal for any store's glass frontage. They perfectly balance two needs: showcasing your store/office interiors while creating a strong visual impact by displaying your logo or services on the glass panel. Use this solution for:
  • Showroom windows
  • Supermarket front panels
  • Building facades
  • Dark tinted glass panels (where the white ink stands out brightly)

Important Limitations to Note

While highly versatile, white ink glass film prints have limitations:
  • Privacy: Transparent films do not offer privacy, as people outside can still see through the branded panel. If privacy is your goal, opaque film prints are a better alternative.
  • Half-tones and Photographs: White ink printing should be used only for solid designs without half-tones, such as bold lettering, line art, clip art, or solid company logos. Attempting to reproduce multi-colored photographs or portraits using only white ink will result in a monotone negative-like effect.
